Choosing the Right Food Coloring for Every Application

Gel Food Coloring
The gel food coloring gives you the highest concentration with the least quantity of water. This dense, viscous liquid composition requires a few drops for a rich, strong shade. Apply this pigment drop by drop until the intended tone is achieved.
Gel color contains a significantly lower amount of water than ordinary liquid pigments, so it won’t liquefy macarons, royal icing, glazes, fondants, or fluffy whipped toppings.
It totally maintains the structural integrity of your product while creating incredible visual effects.

Oil-Based Food Coloring
Oil-based dyes, commonly referred to as candy colors, are precisely engineered to blend evenly with high-fat components. Traditional water-based colorants lead tempered chocolate and compound coatings to thicken, lump, or be entirely damaged.
If you’re after bold, rich color without losing the smoothness and consistency of your foundation, consider our oil-based liquid dyes.
They spread easily over white chocolate, buttercreams, cocoa butter, candy melts, and other high-fat spreads. Utilise warm liquefied chocolate; mix oil pigment to get a silky, shiny, flawless result.

Metallic Food Coloring
Our special collection of consumable metallic colors can be used to create fantastic, luxury visual impacts. These solutions add sparkle and are made for delicate cakes, handmade candies, seasonal items, gourmet chocolates, and decorative sugar art.
Metallic dyes are available in pearl, gold, silver and bronze lustres and spread evenly when sprayed, painted, or airbrushed. They don't streak or come off quickly.
Natural Food Coloring
Clean labelAll our natural food colorings are derived from plants, minerals, and vegetables, delivering a good visual effect and satisfying the rising worldwide preference for clean labelling. We obtain rich shades from turmeric, paprika, beetroot, spirulina and red cabbage.
These clean-label hues have no artificial pigments or ingredients, so you can satisfy rigorous clean-ingredient criteria without compromising appearance.
These colours are light-, temperature-, and pH-sensitive, so keep them in a dark, cool place.
Water-Based Food Colouring
Fast dissolvingLiquid colours are best for water-soluble formulas. They’re highly soluble and have bright, striking tones. They melt immediately into liquid bases without leaving any particles or opacity behind and require minimal stirring.
These liquid pigments are compatible with fluid processing. They work best in syrups, fizzy drinks, transparent jellies, hard candies, fruit juices, and low-fat baked products.
