1. An independent air purification system (HEPA filtration) ensures air remains free from dust or airborne particle contamination and does not intermingle with other workshop areas;
2. Dedicated equipment and molds, never shared with standard chocolate production lines;
3. More stringent changing and disinfection procedures, with personnel required to enter through a double-door buffer zone in the clean area;
5. Regular surface and air microbial testing to guarantee environmental cleanliness.
